My wife and I (Hal & Donna Dougherty, the folks who've built this website) hosted a young Irish lady in 1988. Her name is Cathy Trimble and her talent at the Banquet was a piano recital. I was fortunate in those days to have a Kawai keyboard with Midi ports and a computer to record her performance on the morning before she flew back home to Limivady. The three songs she recorded are:
